Crunch Fitness - Kissimmee

Crunch has truly become my second home since I moved to Kissimmee in June 2024. The staff are awesome, engaging, and have truly become my friends. My fellow gym members also have a great attitude, and it’s been awesome to help build a community of positive, healthy people who encourage and motivate one another. Oh, and learning how to DJ in the parking lot and sharing my music from the second floor is a fun perk, too.

Ellie at the front desk was super friendly and offered me a free day pass to try out the gym. Her helpfulness and warm welcome made the experience great, and now I'm seriously considering signing up. Thanks to Ellie, I had a fantastic visit!

This location is my new gym! Everyone is welcoming, Elizabeth was extremely helpful and informative on anything I asked her about. I never had a gym experience like this before. I will definitely be getting a membership. Be sure to come here and ask for Elizabeth, she will be able to enhance your gym experience! I also loved her bubbly and authentic personality! The gym is also very clean and well kept together which I love. Awesome staff and location!

Amazing gym, amazing staff equipment.Amazing people are amazing.The views of all the women that are in shape is incredibly motivating.Guys are very serious about their workouts.And it's a very stressful environment to go do your stuff.I absolutely wish there was something closer to my house

My experience at Crunch Fitness has been quite upsetting, and I'd like to express my concerns so that others avoid similar problems. The process of signing up for personal training courses and understanding the payment terms was hurried and unclear. I did not receive enough time or explanation to properly comprehend the contract terms. When I wanted to terminate my personal training contract, I was told that I would still be charged for another month. To make matters worse, I was informed that I could not cancel my gym membership until February 2025, which is completely ridiculous. Crunch Fitness' lack of openness and customer assistance has caused me tremendous financial and emotional distress. The employees I interacted with were useless and provided no feasible solutions to my concerns. It appears like the focus is on collecting money from customers rather than delivering a fair and supporting experience. I strongly advise against joining this gym because of its high rates, unclear contract restrictions, and lack of accountability. This entire experience has been overly stressful, and I hope that no one else has to go through what I have. Look elsewhere for a gym that appreciates and respects its members.
