Fitness CF

I've been training at Fitness CF for a few years now, and I can honestly say it's the best gym experience I've ever had. The facility is top-notch, with a wide variety of equipment that caters to all fitness levels. The staff is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and always available to offer advice or assistance. What really sets Fitness CF apart, though, is the sense of community. The group classes are motivating, and the trainers truly care about helping you reach your goals. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, the atmosphere is supportive and encouraging. I’ve seen noticeable progress in my strength, endurance, and overall fitness, and I can’t recommend this gym enough! Suni Rodriguez

Great gym, except for closing hours on weekends. Large sized many machines, benches and weights. The Bathroom is a bit too hot because of the sauna but the sauna is nice to have.

Boy oh Boy I dont even know where to start about this gym. This gym is amazing one thing that was perfect was the front desk worker nick. When I walked in he instantly gave me a smile and said "Welcome in.... have a great workout" and it just seemed like he actually meant it. No glaze.

I can’t say enough good things about this gym! I started here in May after a meniscus tear and ACL surgery, looking to regain strength and mobility in my knee, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The front desk staff is friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Justyn is my trainer and he is exceptional—highly knowledgeable, patient, and truly dedicated to helping clients reach their goals safely and effectively. He tailored a rehab plan specifically for me, and I saw steady progress every session. I have gained strength and stability in my knee and have recently been cleared by the Orthopedic. FitnessCF has a supportive atmosphere that makes you feel motivated and valued. Highly recommend for anyone needing rehab support or just a great place to work out.
