This gym may be in a convenient location, but the management clearly has no idea how to properly run the place. For example, the men’s locker room is inexplicably closed from 12 to 1, leaving members without any alternative space to change. Even worse, when asked about this, the manager seems clueless and unable to provide a reasonable explanation. Honestly, if they can’t manage basic facilities, they might as well shut down during that time rather than inconvenience members and make the experience frustrating.

I enjoy the gym but people broke into my locker and stole my wallet. Getting all my forms of money stolen and having to deal with the hassle of getting new cards and fraud has been a pain. The worst part is having to get a new military ID. Definitely killed my trust in this place. My year is coming up and not sure I'll be renewing with this bad experience. Don't bother securing your lockers as they get broken into, recommended just carrying your bag with you.

I visited this gym on Wednesday, August 15th. As i pulled into a parking spot right in front of entrance, i took notice of a sign that clearly says “no parking on Saturday, August 17th. Still, i took a picture of the sign just incase. Well after my workout, i headed to the locker room to shower before starting my day. As im in the shower, i overhear a lady anounce herself and she starts telling people “there is a car parked infront and its going to get towed. There is no parking there” It was sort of hard to hear exactly what she said but once I heard ‘tow’ i freaked out. I was taken back because it was 5:45am. So I hopped out of the shower and immediately step over to the locker room area to asked if it was a grey car, to which she gave me a look of disgust before yelling “yes your car is getting towed, the truck is on its way now!” Then she proceeds to talk in spanish to other people as if i don’t understand. Saying “these people dont know how to read. They don’t understand” This is so unprofessional. I understand that she was the custodial for the morning. So there may be times when she needs to enter the mens locker room to do her job, which is to mainly clean the restroom and the vanity area. That’s pretty much it. But she was well into the locker room. And then to look at me with such disgust. I was mortified. You were so brazen enough to come into an occupied men’s locker room so don’t be surprised if you see someone unclothed. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Going to this gym pre covid used to be highlight of my day, but now I cringe when I think of stinky locker room and sauna. Here is what's wrong with this place: - Sauna stinks - Dirty locker room - 50% of the machines are broken and in need of repair. - closes at 8 pm - men locker room does not have adequate lighting - dirty showers - equipment is old and outdated I wish some other company can buy out this place and renovate it.

I’m a returning member. I stopped going to this gym in October 2023 because the only reason I went to this gym was for the sauna. I train in mma and lift weights mma is my main workout I used 24hours near my home to go into the sauna. So when it started to smell I tolerated it. Then the sauna started to not be that hot. I kept asking the workers there and they said they don’t know when it will get fixed so I canceled my membership. Well it’s not December 2024 I took advantage of the Black Friday sale to finally get in that sauna hoping a year is enough time to get it fixed… I just went in it this week and it still smells and it’s not nearly as hot as the 24 hours in San Mateo.. the temperature used to be much more hotter now I have to waiting there for over 50 minutes to even feel like I used to after 15 minutes.. I asked the members there again when they will fix it just to see their answer and they said they don’t know.. what a let down.. what a waste of money I just spent.. how can that sauna be smelly and not fully working in over a year… don’t go here go to the other one… this location isn’t performing good at all.
