Crown BJJ

I try to drop into as many different gyms as possible when I travel. With that said Crown BJJ will be my go to gym whenever I find myself in Salt Lake City. The amazing coaches, the amazing amenities and plentiful mat space what more could you want? If you are in the area for work I recommend dropping in and if you live in the area and haven't signed up you are missing out.

I dropped into Crown following a weekend endurance race. I utilized the recovery lounge and this facility is top notch. It has everything you need and the staff is super nice and helpful. I’ve been to many martial arts facilities and this one is beautiful - I definitely recommend checking it out if you’re looking for somewhere to roll. Thanks again to everyone there for making me feel welcome!

Great gym! Came in from San Diego and wanted to train and a good friend has been training here for nearly a year. This gym has the most amenities I’ve ever seen, from red light therapy to cold plunges to a sauna. Absolutely incredible. Super spacious mat, nice clean restrooms and plenty of space to throw your things down while you train. Entire staff is great as well. Shoutout to Mike, who I believe is the owner. You’re the man!

I’m 5 and a half years into my BJJ journey. About 10 months ago I started training at Crown BJJ, and it has been an incredible experience. The variety of classes available—early morning, noon, and evening—means I can easily find sessions that fit my crazy schedule. The instruction here is exceptional. The coaches are not only highly skilled but also incredibly supportive. They genuinely care about helping each student achieve their personal goals, which has made my training journey so much more rewarding. The facility itself is spacious and impressively clean. The attention to hygiene and organization creates a welcoming environment that really enhances the training experience.
