I have had my account double billed 3 times incorrectly. I have reached out to the manager at the EG branch with no help. She says it’s taken care of but it hasn’t been resolved. Extremely unprofessional customer service.

It’s seems disorganized right now. Everything is too crowded. For the 1/2-hour power circuit machines, they are out of order. The thigh machines aren’t next to each other; the opposite one is in a whole different row and not with the other power circuit machines. I hope the overall flow will be fixed because it’s already a small space, so it’s hard to walk around. There’s only one sauna, and I wish there was another massage chair. It just seems like things could be placed better to really make this gym back to what it was. I’ll be back to hopefully improve this rating, but for now it needs a lot of work to have a better feng shui.

Low customer service. Specially the front desk people. Dude if you don’t like your job don’t come. Go work somewhere else where you like it. I don’t know who hires these people anyway never gonna go to that gym again !

Hi. The gymn is ok, but there are some staff members who are not friendly. Also a personal trainer too. She gives me a weird look. She hangs around some of trainer. I will not going to mention her name. Sometimes I feel the quit this gym and go to another gymn. But there are lot latest equipment which I cannot quit the gymn. This is because price is good.

Stay away from this gym...Idiots are running it!!! My son was under my credit card account and moved to Roseville, they still kept charging my account dispite cancelling his membership. Slimey business practices, unethical, and just plain jerks a s far as customer service
