Occasionally well run, this place suffers from all kinds of broken promises and assumptions. Is it reasonable to think a gym will be somewhat climate controlled? I’d think so but it’s 59 degrees inside this morning on the thermostat and the fans are on. Has been this cold for days. Think equipment should be maintained reasonably quickly? I do, and this place takes their time a lot to fix things. Also things get taken to a private training section and then no longer can be accessed by normal members. Think there should be fun and vibrant classes, absolutely, but they don’t close the doors to any class so everyone gets to hear dueling beats over their headphones. Could it be worse- absolutely, like when the roof was leaking everywhere, or when the gym wasn’t being cleaned or the furnace was blowing dust everywhere, and it was status quo for weeks. Could it be better- absolutely. But it’s not clear EOS cares or even notices as there is no communication except for bad reviews online.

The gym is pretty nice but steer clear of the personal training! The PT is expensive, a complete runaround, and they make it difficult to cancel. I recommend the basic membership - if you stick with basic and stay away from the personal training it’s a pretty good gym. It can be crowded, but there’s lots of space. Nice that there’s a lap pool too! Dropping to 1 star. The personal training continues to be a runaround & hasn't delivered. I was hopeful after finally talking to the manager, but it still hasn't panned out. I've been reassigned - cancelled on - not called back.... And the bills hit every 2 weeks without pause. Wish there was something I could do, but unfortunately they're not responsive and just keep billing my card - it's a real bummer. Again - if you buy the basic $9.99 per month and nothing more, it's not a bad deal - although I have no idea how hard they make it to cancel that (likely that it's not easy). But don't do anything more than that - they just bill bill bill without delivering.

My first day was today. I had a one o’clock appointment with someone that would how me around and explain how machines worked etc . I was told he was running late. After waiting 10 minutes for him to show up, I decided to show myself around. I informed the guy at the desk. He didn’t give me an update on where this person was and how much longer I’d have to wait! He seemed indifferent.. I haven’t worked out in years and I felt a bit intimidated. So I decided to leave. The guy at the front desk saw me leave. I’m guessing he really didn’t care that I was frustrated. Not good customer service and I’m thinking of canceling membership.

Garbage on top of garbage. The gym itself is fine. On par. But the customer service, the policies. It’s Gold’s Gym garbage. They use the same back end company but cancellation policies are ridiculous. I am amazed it’s legal to do what they do. If you know anyone that goes here, they will surely agree. 0/5

Should be called a sauna instead. Gym has little to no airflow especially near smith machine. Axis air machine is their “solution” that wasn’t implemented for months after guest complaints and it’s not even on during the summer! Pipes consistently drip onto guests due to humidity.
