Looking for a new fun workout place? Go no farther! Coaches are very knowledgeable, supportive and the best so so motivating and fun! Team workouts are the best, hard but fun the same time! Nicole is so knowledgeable in nutrition helps you in every step! Just got back after having a baby, I have 2 kids in the last 2 years and I really saw results going down in pounds, inches and fat but most importantly feeling strong, having energy, being myself! Moms come see Nicole, Ben and all the amazing staff they’ll really help you!

Best gym in Astoria! The classes are fun and challenging for all fitness levels. Coaches are knowledgeable and attentive, providing modifications and advice if injured or unfamiliar with a certain movement. Nicole and team do a great job of welcoming you into their community!

I was really nervous to try this since I’d never done a group workout before, and I wasn’t sure if I could keep up. It was definitely challenging, but another person in class, Erica was super welcoming and helped me feel comfortable right away. I still have a lot to work on, but I didn’t feel out of place, and by the end, I actually felt good about it and that I could do it again. If you’re new to this kind of workout, don’t stress—you can go at your own pace, I did and it’s a really supportive environment.
