It's hard to develop good habits, like working out at the gym on a regular basis. By providing great equipment, a great atmosphere, and especially under the guidance of a great trainer, Julian Burke, I've been able to do that at O2. Additional motivators include the amazing regular participants in the circuit training class who set a great example through their hard work. A good workout routine improves the quality of my week. Thanks!

Please fix the heat at O2 Falls! I have a picture of the thermostat at 56°; it’s been as low as 48°. It is a risk for injury (liability) and we have been asking for months! Please truly clean the floor too. It is slippery with dust and there’s dirty tape gum left from Covid. Instructors are great! But the room is unsafe.

Excellent across the board. This place has all the equipment you could possibly need, the staff are friendly and helpful, the monthly cost is very reasonable, and there was no pressure or upselling when it came to acquiring a membership. My one nitpick is that it closes ridiculously early on the weekends - 7:00 PM. That said, I highly recommend this place.

It’s just ok. Not a great gym. Lacks a wet area and for $80/month, one expects at least a sauna. Very small compared to other gyms in the area. But my insurance pays for it. They have some Hoist machines; you know the ones that move the seat when one is moving another body part. I don’t use them. They have some life fitness and cybex. Best equipment they have is Hammer which I like. But the Hammer leg curl and leg extension could be better. Feels clunky. There are 4 barbell bench stations: 1 decline; 1 incline; 2 flat. Only 1 preacher curl. 2 incline benches for dumbbell work. 2, 4 position cable stacks. Those stay pretty busy. I’m surprised at the things missing from O2. 1) weight trees near equipment that doesn’t have a tree attached. No free standing trees in the gym. 2) a basket to hold collars. I spend a lot of time searching for collars and ended up buying my own from Amazon and carry them with me. 3) labels on the dumbbell rack. It is sometimes a search for matching dumbbells. 4) signs telling what the gym expects of members. I’ve found 2 signs: rerack your weights and the WiFi password is… 5) there isn’t a stand for barbells. The squat bar? On the floor by the smith machine; the hex bar? On the floor near the cable stack. No tricep bar at all. 6) squat racks aren’t bolted to the floor making the attached weight tree partially unusable due to rack creep. But few things are bolted to the floor here. 7) a little annoyance: urinal does flush properly. Reported over a month ago and still not fixed. On the positive side: staff is friendly. The gym is pretty clean.

The staff here is top tier! Ive been going to O2s for over a year now and never had an issue, the gyms are always great and clean. For the first time I had an issue with another member not behaving kindly and Kelli handled it with confidence and grace, making me feel really validated and encouraged. Just wanted to say thank you and let other women know they’ll be supported here!
