Aparently Staff don’t clean before they leave for the day or before they open. Second second visit and second time I see the lack of cleanliness, so I had to give a negative critics. Management needs to get involved. This is in down town miami. Don’t get me wrong, Not all gym are neglected like this one. Planet fitness is a good gym. I have been a member for around 18 years.

This gym was close in proximity for me working out and going to dinner with friends so I dropped by. I really don’t like writing bad reviews, but the owners need to do something. I decided to read the reviews after visiting this place. It’s true free weights are empty because members are hogging 3 or more of different sets of weights. They don’t even place them back in the proper slots. I went to take a shower and the bathroom was filthy and smelled like someone pissed everywhere. I saw a staff member pretend he was cleaning sprayed a spray in the air by the urinal, took some pics of this same shower and left. There was no bench had to rest my items on the floor. I was thinking maybe they’re under staffed, until I was leaving and it was 5 staff members hanging at the front. I then decided to walk into the Massage chair area, it was so hot and smelled like sweat in there. I would not recommend this gym and management should improve the cleanliness and rules instead of just apologizing. This was horrible

This is ridiculous nobody is responsible not accountable for this place. The water dispenser has been broken for months, additionally they are charging you for water bottles. Hell no, don’t enroll in the 50 cent club.

No toilets working, all blocked off. Water fountains have no water. Worst gym to be honest. I've talked to the gym manager about the dirty disgusting showers and locker room. And I do every 2 months for the past year. Nothing has changed and all of these reviews show you that management does NOT fix issues. It's sad to see lazy and incompetent management

Always great need to repair leak in the women locker room Always clean great exercise equipments 👍👍👍👍👍⭐️ Some day they might have a planet fitness in key west❤️🙃
