1/5 Poorly maintained, machines broken and unusable. Too crowded and people fight you over spots. Takes them many months to replace anything broken or damaged. Spoke to the head manager (Kimberly) multiple times to do something and still did nothing…. Go to a better gym for just a few more bucks that actually cares about you. Don’t take my word for it just look at the pictures.

As long I’ve even coming here’s the guys in the front of the gym been every helpful. Especially Varney and Andre , Everytime I come in they greet me every time , I highly recommend this gym for family and friends.

*******Update******* I’ve been a member since they opened. Over the past few months everything went downhill. 2 amazing employees that used work there are no longer working there anymore. Now that’s the good employees have gone … the A/C is not working and machines are broken without being fixed or replaced for months. PLEASE MAKE ADJUSTMENTS!! Especially in the Miami Heat!

This location is by far the best I’ve experienced. The staff is amazing and very welcoming. Building is clean and stays organized. Andre was very helpful with insights on machine use and amenities that comes with my membership. Overall I highly recommend this location it is definitely my new favorite spot.

I just witnessed an elderly gentleman looks to be in his 60’s fall to the ground most likely from HEAT EXHAUSTION. And then he threw up. He was in such bad shape and couldn’t get up. Emt arrived and stayed with him for 30 mins before they decided that he needed to be taken to the ER. The heat is UNBEARABLE ITS LIKE A SAUNA. I mean the minute you hit the corner by the stair masters, the heat just slaps you across the face. I wanted to write a review yesterday but I didnt … I should’ve so I could provide an update! But if you read the recent reviews you already know I’m not lying. The AC has been broken since June/July, it started upstairs and every time I asked about it they kept saying “oh it just went down last night/this morning, we’re hoping to get someone out to fix it tomorrow/tonight” which I already knew was a lie bc how if ive been consistently coming and nothing has changed??? I already knew this situation was going to be dangerous but it got worse ever since the DOWNSTAIRS AC doesn’t work either,,, yet the AC conveniently works around the front desk where the manager and workers sit… interesting 🧐 !!!! The gym is functioning with only 2 fans that spins slower than a turtle. Even standing under it you dont feel anything bc the heat is overpowering. I hope this elderly gentleman SUES, an investigation is needed & a police report needs to be filed and management MUST be held accountable. If the gym cannot find someone to come fix the ac (which is a lie anyway) then it should be temporary shut down) That man shouldn’t pay for his ride to the ER, and his stay at the hospital or any other medical expenses this will cause down the line. Planet fitness what is this??? We pay $25 a month for this??? Nah all members need to be reimbursed for poor conditions and negligence this is not what we signed up for. What if that was your father or grandfather, how would you feel? Im going to call corporate because it has to be 101°F in there.
