This is the best gym I've ever been to! The dynamic here is unique and incredibly effective. The trainers are excellent, they lead by example, with professionalism, friendliness and empathy towards everyone! I love how it truly feels like a community. The gym has high-quality machines, it's clean, and the atmosphere is super welcoming! I've been able to meet people, have fun while working out, and take care of my health at the same time. I love the brand. All locations are great but the Doral location is truly amazing. They’re constantly changing the workouts, rearranging the stations, and bringing in high-energy staff. This makes the location feel new everyday and working out here never gets old. They push you past your limits and help guide you to achieve better form and a great body. Thank you guys!

Not only is it in Beautiful Doral City Place, the space is property kept clean, the staff is phenomenal and they actually care. If you aren't chiseled and strong as they are yet, just looking at them makes you push yourself. The whole visualization of how and where you want to go. Incredible strength day! First time with Partner Interval Training and it was awesome! From the first moment walking in the door, the sense of community is unmistakable. Everyone was encouraging and motivating each other from the locker room to the very last circuit. I am not a fan of other gyms because of their competitive and egoic nature. I felt the exact opposite here. True collaboration and 1:1 support when needed. Family vibes. Enough to CHALLENGE and push out of the comfort zone yet still within reach. Definitely coming back!
