Such an amazing studio! So many classes and instructors from morning until the evening. I really think there’s something for everyone here. You also cannot beat their membership prices! Love coming here!

My favorite gym! I love the option to pay for drop ins as my schedule is inconsistent and I often have had to pay for memberships at other gyms where I haven't been able to fully use the classes some months. The variety of classes and different teachers keeps it new and different. I especially love K's barre and strength classes and Rayne's bounce classes. Make sure you book your classes early since they often get filled. I do love that they keep their classes on the smaller side so there is enough space and equipment.

I purchased the New Student 1-week unlimited pass, went to 2 classes, and went ahead and purchased the monthly unlimited pass before my week was up! The two instructors I had this past week (Maggy and Ameyna) were sweet, patient, and knowledgeable! I’m currently pregnant and am new to Pilates and greatly appreciated the flexibility and support I received from the instructors. Prior to attending the studio, I had been in touch via email with Dorienne, who has been friendly and quick to respond to any questions I’ve had. I highly recommend this studio and look forward to continuing to attend classes here!

Throughly enjoy all the classes at SALUD- not from portland just here on an extended work gig and this place has been AMAZING I look forward to going multiple times a week- the instructors are all wonderful and they have a wide range of classes all of which I enjoy. Such a fair price for a really quality workout studio, will for sure miss this place. Thanks SALUD for the wonderful experience- highly recommend

Great place for Pilates and other related workouts. Friendly and energetic teachers push the class hard but also help with modifications when needed. Only real complaint is that signups open exactly one week ahead every day so you have to be on the ball early every morning. But I almost always get in, even if from the wait-list so it's not a big deal.
