- Class Variety: Four types of group classes—dance cardio, cardio tone, strength, and tone—each designed to provide a challenging workout.
- Certified Instructors: Classes are led by nationally certified trainers, including Broadway performers, professional dancers, and former Rockettes.
- Flexible Participation: Options for in-person classes at the Chelsea studio, live sessions via Zoom, and on-demand workouts to fit various schedules.
- Beginner-Friendly Programs: Specialized beginner series available on-demand to help newcomers get started on their fitness journey.
Operating hours are designed to accommodate various schedules:
- Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

The Limit is the most challenging and amazing workout I have ever done and the only one that’s kept me in it! I started with the On Demand videos and then got to work privately with Beth to gear up for my rigorous dance job at the end of last year. I seriously could not have made it through without her and The Limit. My body and mind have never felt more strong and I can’t wait to keep going and training at the new and beautiful IN PERSON Studio! The team is amazing, and the classes are amazing! I really enjoy coming to classes at The Limit! I feel like I always leave having had a great, challenging workout that leaves me sore for days. My go-to is Olivia’s dance cardio! She’s such a delightful ball of energy and the cues are so helpful to guide you along. Also appreciate the options for modifying—you can take the classes from wherever you’re at—that is until I build up my strength again! ;) The studio is tidy, a friendly face always at the front (hi, Cherish!), and there’s a pleasantly stocked locker/shower room. Thanks for such a kick-butt workout!

The limit is by far the best workout I have ever tried. The classes are fun and challenging at the same time! The trainers are so good - they make sure I keep pushing myself without getting injured. I have never been this strong - I especially like the on demand options for when I travel. I am excited to work out in the new studio.

This workout is my go to every day for workouts . I love the on demand option when I travel. And the zoom classes are so personal that I feel like I’m in the room. And now with the new Limit studio bin NY(which is incredible btw) I can have the energy of in person classes again. This workout has changed my life and I’m stronger at 42 than I was at 32 and 22. Try this workout no matter what level you are at. There are options for everyone and all the trainers are certified. I highly recommend this company!

I highly recommend taking classes at The Limit! Not only will you get an incredible workout, but the trainers are wonderful! The first class I took in studio was the tone class with Megan. In the moments when my body could not handle one more movement (in a good way!), her energy and enthusiasm kept me going. Looking forward to my next class tomorrow!
