One of the best gyms I have been to in my life - and I'm a well-seasoned, retired bodybuilder. The staff are so kind. The range of available equipment is incredible - some of the best machines I've ever used. There is something for everyone - the regular gym goer, to the powerlifter, bodybuilder, cross fitter. USA Gym has something for everyone. My favorite thing about this gym is the sense of community - everyone is so kind and welcoming and non-judgmental. I feel really blessed to live in a community with such a great place to focus on health and fitness.

The gym is a beautiful gym, but im sick and vould no longer come. A staff member took my information to have someone call me to pause membership once my baby is born. Its been 3 months and i keep calling and leaving my information for a callback, but nothing. I also called because my membership is 74 a month, but i was charged 84 so i wanted details and still no assistance. I was excited to be a member, including my boys so we did plan on returning after the baby, but now i dont want to. Staff is always friendly, but not sure where the miscommunication is.

I have not had a good experience with this gym. I chose USA gym because of all the good reviews on Google. I went a few times and it wasn’t bad. However, my family was impacted hard financially. I lost my job due to the COVID-19 pandemic and could no longer afford the luxury of having a gym membership. So I called them and explained everything and they said they would cancel it for me. Months go by and I see another charge in my bank account from the gym. I call them up and then they have a different story. This time they tell me that they “put my charges on hold until I could get another job and they assumed I had another job by now”. My response was “no I wanted it canceled”. So she supposedly canceled it and took out the early cancellation fee from my refund. Once again, months later, I wake up with yet another charge taken from my bank account. I am extremely displeased as this is the third time this has happened and I have explained that I want my membership canceled 3 times due to the pandemic. I would not recommend going here because they are still stealing my money over a year after cancelling my membership.
