The facility is relatively clean and the equipment is pretty new. They have everything you need. The downside is you can never use it. This is a gym that is an absolute zoo every second it is open. It’s overrun with kids after 3 o’clock and there are lines of people at six or 5 AM trying to get in. If you don’t like having to wait for equipment or like to have a little bit of peace and quiet at the gym don’t go here. The photo here only shows half of the people waiting, and they opened the doors 15 minutes late.

5/5! Cleanest gym I’ve ever been to. The environment is very friendly, the workers are really helpful. Equipment is great and there are plenty of treadmills. The sauna is the perfect temperature and the steam room is great. The basketball court if great and usually have enough people to play pick up games. Highly recommend this gym!

They’re always pros and cons to every gym you go to. Personally I love this one, the downstairs old school gym vibe, low volume music, dim lights platforms for my Olympic weightlifting and the suana that’s being cleaned once a week. They hired Anthony, he is a great addition to their team, I highly suggest to keep this employee or I’d hire him. Michael at the front desk is managerial material, smart young kid and always says hi and bye to people. Another exceptional employee y’all have. Overall this gym fits city of orange, perfectly.

horrible gym. dirty, smelly, just disgusting. plus, the staff is so rude. I had a simple misunderstanding signing in to the gym, where I used my mom's account to scan the QR code instead of mine (my mom and I share the same name), and even when I explained my situation, one of the male workers flat out just told me to get out. told me I lied to his face when I told him I thought it was my account. it truly doesn't help the LAZY staff's case that the gym is DISGUSTING. very unclean, dank, dark, like a dungeon. go somewhere else, don't waste your money here. I most certainly won't anymore. telling me to get out was the last straw. horrible behavior, i wish i asked that man's name to file a complaint, but i honestly didn't give that much of a damn to waste my breath to continue in the conversation. bottom line: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Wouldn’t you know it…. Nowhere does it say that the 3 day pass is only for people that will more than likely sign up same day….. discriminating against a person that just wants a shower…. Not good customer service. I would like for someone in upper management to please reach out to me to go over your “policies” for the 3 day free pass. I don’t see anywhere on the pass that it’s only for people that will more than likely sign up for a membership same day. And here is why…. I have never felt more worthless than I do right now after trying to use a 3 day pass at this location. Because I was honest about just needing a shower…. The little girl at the front desk said no. That I would have to pay $25 for a 3 day pass. I said well I’m homeless so I don’t have $25 and that I am just trying to take a shower. She had no empathy whatsoever. So I guess I should have lied and said I was interested in an overpriced membership. Wasn't 24 hour fitness involved in a program where the homeless could shower for free? Is that not a thing anymore? I don’t know what it is about the city of Orange….. the super nice Costa Mesa location had no issue with my partner and I showering there. Compassion….google it.
