24 Hour Fitness

This place....says it's open from 5am- 11pm. It's 6:00 am and NO ONE HAS OPENED THE FACILITY. Terrible service. Come on 24, for all of this money I pay $300/yr for nationwide access, it's not worth it. The pool is unkempt, and dont even start with the bathrooms.... the weight lifting equipment has a nice variety, but most need maintenance.....Whenever the associate arrives here I will be downgradeding my membership. Trust, I will be getting a home gym once I find a place for myself. 24 hour fitness must realize there's more money to be made when you create a clean accessible environment for consumers! hire 3 janitorial staff, a weight technician, and a pool technician that's it! Do that, and I promise there will be 5 star ratings. People that don't go to the gym should cancel their subscription. STOP GIVING THEM FREE MONEY!!

Updated NOV 2024. This gym is a “garbage” hole. The filthiest place in the city. I cannot find the words to describe how dirty this place is…. Restrooms stink. Floors under machine have dirt and dust from months. Machines are dirty and some broken. Don’t believe me? Go see for yourself. DO NOT BUY A MEMBERSHIP before you visit this place in person. You will thank me later.

Love the vibe. Spacious, crowded, good classes are always full, good vibe! Women's shower area is quite moldy. One has to inspect and do a thorough clean of the showering area at least twice a month to keep the molds away.

Bayfair 24 Hour Fitness Currently, there are 4 broken treadmills that have been like this for more than a month. Then, the sauna is like a germ pool. Please have it cleaned more often. I'm NOT new to this gym. I've had a membership here over 21 years. People pay their membership. Please do better. You know better, so please do better. Thank you 😊 🙏🏾 Or is it the super sports gyms that get cleaned regularly?

This feels like a Super Sport that got demoted to a Sport because it's so poorly maintained. Lots of broken and dirty machines. I've been there when almost none of the showers had soap. There's been a broken water fountain and missing urinal for a long time. The culture of the gym is not great either: people who don't re-rack their weights, people on cardio half-assing it and on their phones, apathetic staff. The only reason why this gets 3 stars is because you get some amenities that are not normally found in the Sport tier, such as basketball courts and a swimming pool. There's plenty of parking, so you can just get in, do your workout, and get out... No need to linger because this is not a glamorous gym experience.
