This is one of the better Crunch locations in the city. It has good various different equipment so, it’s not only good for leg day, but for all days of your body. The renovations look pretty decent, wish they kinda kept some of the old detailing like the rock climbing wall. Added character to the place personally. Staff is nice aswell, Rudy is a great manager!

This is the 3rd time I’ve seen cockroaches in the shower / sauna. They spent a ton of money renovating the place, but won’t spend the money on hiring more cleaning staff. The cleaning staff seem overworked and overwhelmed. They’re misallocating their resources - hope to see improvements.

This is a great gym. It's always busy, which helps create energetic environment, but it never feels crowded because it has so many options and space available for whatever workout you want to do. Cleanliness is excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The new recovery lounge is terrific. And Rachelle (I hope that I've spelled that name correctly) deserves recognition because she does a great job of making me feel welcome each time that I check in.

False advertisement. Went here for their celebration of the new renovation and it's not free for guest. You need to be a first timer; you must live or work in the neighborhood, and sign up for a 1 day trial and deal with their sales pitch. If I knew that; I would have signed up for a 7 day trial on their site before wasting my time going here.

Longtime member and have a rather mixed review. (1) Studio classes are great. Tons of variety and I've found some super engaging instructors that I enjoy. BUT the other gym members interrupt class (and they're not supposed to?) to get equipment from the studio...even though there's an entire two floors of other things to use. Supposedly, you're supposed to grab any in-studio equipment before or after class time, but apparently, the other gym members are rude and just clank and clatter around with no shame. So Crunch, by no means, is a premium experience. (2) It's gotten crowded. Not necessarily people-wise, but the gym equipment on the floor (i.e. not the studio space) is tightly packed to the point it feels like navigating a maze. They even took out one studio room to make room for more equipment...and it's still too tight. I'm hoping the construction they're doing will help, but I'm not confidant in them. They might just crowd even more equipment tightly into the new space.
