24 Hour Fitness

Worst gym, ridiculously dirty, too overcrowded no matter the time of day. They blocked access to most parts of the gym, they no longer have a cycle room, the fitness room is no longer accessible besides for classes, the rims in the basketball court are always broken, the pool/sauna are constantly out of order. 8/9 Stair masters did not work when I went. Can never find weights, bathrooms are always disgusting, they removed most cleaning stations (which makes 0 sense considering the gym is disgusting). You’re better off working out literally anywhere else.

Gym is disgusting. Extremely overcrowded, Dumbells and weights are everywhere, 95% of the machines are broken and wrapped in caution tape. Sauna is too small and disgusting. Steam room never works. Bathrooms are disgusting and smell like piss. There’s no place to stretch or do free weight exercises and we Can’t use the class rooms under any circumstances unless you’re taking a class. Staff doesn’t care about the cleanliness or disorganization. I’ve been going here for several months and the elevator has not worked once. Parking is a nightmare. Just a very bad gym. Cutler Bay closed and this one is next.

So hard to find a locker that’s not taken , mind you I come here late night when there’s like 11 people total in the gym . There’s even a sign for no lockers left over 24 hours. the managers here know about it and just don’t care. ***update *** Yall wanted me to reach out via the link you sent ,but it said you would direct my concerns to the club manager. The same one thats allowing people to keep their locks on the lockers and not removing . If they need help removing I have a battery operated grinder I can bring in free of charge

This is location has very nasty restrooms. I am afraid to walk on the floor with shoes and the smell is unbelievable. I like the size of the space and potential it can bring. It seems like a hang out for folks that has nothing better to do with their time besides working out. I feel this space is a breeding ground of gems because lack of information of gym courtesy to wipe down space after use. Equipment is scattered all over the place instead of consumers using and putting back into rightful space. I was visiting the location for potential membership, I would not recommend this location to my family, friends, and business colleagues. I have been to gyms around USA, it is by far the worst experience.

Been working out for 7 months and the progress is amazing. Felt a bit overwhelmed by all the equipment, but I paid for a trainer, and after only a day I learned new techniques and workouts! Staff are super kind and helpful. Love it here
