Been coming here for years. Cleanliness at this location is questionable. The air filters haven't been changed in years or cleaned(just cleaned 4.7.23). Black mold growing around all windows due to condensation. Update 1.27.23 all mold and dirty vents still the same. (5.18.23 somewhat cleaned) 4.4.23 still not cleaned, all air ducks are covered with years of dust.(5.18.23 all air ducks still covered in dust) Can we open up the gym a little earlier on the weekends people got stuff to do! 7am on weekends is unacceptable. Especially for the price we pay. 7/17 they are finally updating the inside with a paint job. Please start towing people who park in the motorcycle spot. I can never park my motorcycle due to these people.

I was a member for a little over a year. My membership cost 90 dollars a month and the ownership just let us know that monthly membership cost is going to increase. For almost 100 dollars a month, this is the dirtiest, least maintained, and most crowded gym I have ever been a member of. Many of the machines are in terrible condition to full on falling apart. They are not maintained nor are they removed from the facility when they are broken or not working. The leather and padding on many of the weight lifting machines are cracked, broken, and the padding is exposed. The bathrooms were not regularly cleaned and the trash was often overflowing. The cleaning stations with anti-bacterial wipes were almost always empty. The floors are constantly covered in dirt and debris no matter what time of the day it is. They do not purchase new equipment and the equipment has not been updated in years. There is not enough benches or space in the free weight section by the dumbbells downstairs to perform your workout without being crowded by many other people who are in the gym or having to wait. It doesn't matter what time of day and what day it is, it is going to be crowded and you will have to wait for a bench to open up if you want to work with dumbbells. The water fountain/bottle filling station downstairs near the pool broke and was not repaired or replaced for over a year now. You essentially pay over 1000 per year for a dirty crowded gym with ownership that will not purchase new equipment or expand to accommodate the amount of people who frequent their facility. The hours of operation are very inconvenient and they do not open early nor close later on weekends but open later and close early on weekends.

The front desk staff acknowledged and greeted me upon arrival and departure. This is a definite improvement for my last visit. all of the gym equipment I encountered was in good working order as well as the sauna and steam room.

This gym consistently frustrates and disappoints me on a regular basis. The facility is always dirty, the machines are always broken, the water fountains barely work and the temperature is never consistent. The staff are underpaid to the point of leaving and the gym will not replace broken or missing items for classes leaving instructors to improvise their classes with a lack of supplies. The App is the least user friendly tech I have ever had to use for a gym in my life. It so ridiculous how complicated and how long it takes to check in a guest and reserve a place in a class. The membership is outrageously expensive considering the quality of this gym and it is mind-blowing they charge more for a guest and privilege's to book classes sooner than 3 days. The tanning and massage beds are a joke, and of course cost extra. The only reason this rating is a 1 is because the building is standing and the instructors are good people. I continue to use this gym because my employer pays for it.
