Very compact gym, excellent gym though. David the GM is very well known by the customers and is a great guy overall. Also, Lawrence, my personal trainer is fabulous and pushes me towards my goals!

The management is soo good at keeping people with a scooter from entering(sarcastic), but fails to even maintain proper hygiene in his own facility. It is down to the manager running the place too, already confirmed that. check out this water they serve you. I’d recommend another gym. I have a video showing it was from that specific facility as well, just not sure how to upload it from my phone.

I don't really care for owner or management but they need to show respect to1 n 2 customers not if a customer is trying to use a equipment that is no one using any customers can use not family or friends occupy 1,2,3 and a management just walks up saying BRO what am not his bro respect telling me that his friends are using all equipment, why am i paying if friends and family will just using one but keeping reserve next 1 n 2 If you want no one to use than put something but don't insult calling BRO Am not your brother management am am customer just politely say friends are using all 3 not BRO we are using all of us ,than use it but show respect Customers pay so your door stays open you don't pay from your pocket so lots of respect for customers without customers you don't have business. I spent 30 to 45mns routine of 7 equipment when it's empty it's open to use If management wants friends and family than I suggest stop selling to public Customers pay customers have all rights to any empty equipment not a BRO curtesy and customer care . Respect all that comes to use equipment that they are paying for not friends and family every single one that comes into your facility Respect respect respect, not BRO Am not your BRO

Don't care about staff interactions since I don't interact with them. I also don't blame them for the random groups of teenagers that stand around and do nothing. 3 stars since the equipment seems to be frequently broken. 4 stars if you were actually open 24/7 or at the very least until 1am. 5 stars if you do the previous two suggestions plus have some try and deal with people who aren't actively working out but sitting on machines. Other than that it's fine. For what I pay a year, it's worth the price. Shut up. Get your work out in. Get out. The equipment that isn't broken is great. The sauna is amazing. The pool and hot tub are amazing. From observations, the staff seems perfectly fifine. I don't need any fancy treatment. I just need people to get the heck out of my way if they're not working out. You want extra credit? You wanna get the community back? Open until 1am. No one under 21 allowed after 7pm.

Choose a different 24h, 1) they not 24h 2)suana needs cleaning 3)They don't change any water filters. Bring ur own water 4) don't come at 3pm-7pm way too many people
