I'm very excited about my new Silver Sneakers gym membership ! I'm convinced that the person trainer Brandye B. was there "just for me"! SHE is GREAT! Such a personable, knowledgeable professional 🏃🏽‍♀️

Come for the low monthly fee - get trapped with an exorbitant annual fee and amenities that are out of order. The steam room has not worked consistently since SEPTEMBER. The hot tub water is GREEN because they do not maintain the chemicals. They oversell memberships but can’t manage to maintain the facilities. Cancelling before the New Year’s resolution-ers make this place even more unbearable.

Gym is great! Always clean and have all the equipment you need. As far as staff Bryson is the BEST! He’s always very welcoming.He knows me by name and He speaks the moment I walk through the door and when I’m leaving out making it a very pleasant experience.😊 Oh and i can’t leave out Maaz in the kids club. During the summer I bring me 3 sons with me and they love him. He’s really nice.😊

This place used to be great. We signed up at their pop-up before this location opened in January 2023. Have paid our membership dues every month and go 4-5 times weekly. Unfortunately, the place has only deteriorated since. Steam room hasn’t worked consistently in over a month. Equipment is usually broken and not fixed promptly. Down to two foam rollers in the stretch area and they don’t replace those either so now I have to bring my own. They oversell memberships and it’s always overcrowded, so it is impossible to get a good workout in (with the exception of weekends or VERY late night). Front desk usually staffed by rude high schoolers. I asked for a receipt showing my paid membership dues for the year as my employer reimburses me for gym dues. They claimed “we don’t do that.” I complained and didn’t hear back until I got a message from the district manager, T.J., DAYS later when it was too late. Will be going across the street to LA Fitness once I can cancel this membership (they make that difficult too, ofcourse). Avoid like the plague. These photos were all taken TONIGHT - not from separate occasions. Seems they stopped caring about this location as soon as they started building the one in NRH.

EOS is a great gym experience no matter if you’re a beginner or experienced in your fitness journey! I never have to wait for anything and the staff is so nice!! Everything is clean and well kept for the members!!! Your journey can start today!
