I never thought I'd say I love a gym but I really love coming here. the trainers are educated and super attentive. I train with Jada, she's really great. Her focus is bodybuilding and she really breaks down the training so you get the look you desire! If you're looking for a personal trainer, this is definitely the place to come to!

If you’re looking for a personal trainer who is passionate knowledgeable and genuinely invested in your success! I highly recommend Jada. She’s helped me transform not only my body but also my mindset. Jada transformed my relationship with training completely. What was once something I used to dread to get out of bed for became the highlight of my day.

When I first signed up I had zero fitness experience. I’ve been a member for 3 months now and I am glad to say that I not only know what progressive overload is but I can now leg press over 100 lbs. Shout outs to my trainer Jared for helping me every step of the way. The facility is also always clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone who wants a smaller setting that provides personal support for everyone on any fitness level.

Consultation with Cam went great and I’ve already done a few sessions with Christina. I was pretty nervous at first with training but when I noticed C was caring, passionate and motivating she was I was sold. She pushes me to levels I didn’t know I could reach and motivates me to improve in every session. Fueled with determination to see you succeed, you’re always in good hands with C. Gym has a great community, has great staff and members with a clean and private environment. 100% would recommend

Jada has been my trainer for a few months now and she is a delight to be around. She is super passionate about fitness and body recomposition and I completely understand why. My body has come such a long way since starting our program. I had a lot of stubborn fat in the start of our journey and was starting to feel hopeless and this was my last shot and wow am I glad I found Onebell! Jada not only develops you physically but to be mentally strong as well.
