I have been a member here for years here because of the Zumba, yoga, and total body conditioning classes. The teachers are amazing and deserve so much praise. The front desk staff is also kind and friendly! The gym overall though desperately needs to be renovated and fixed! Plus they do not offer towels like all the other locations. For the $$ I wish it were in better condition.

It was clean and not very crowded, I liked that on a second floor the music was barely playing creating a desired silence. (I personally hate any music at public places Loved the sauna. Loved the interior color choice. Very intelligent. Just had a good day at the gym next door.

Jordan is so incredibly lovely. Not only did he go through the machines with me, he also helped test my ranges for how much weight to put, how my form was, and different ways to use my time at the gym. The entire staff was welcoming, machines were in good shape, and the overall environment was positive and community minded. Can't wait to continue my workouts there!

A standard gym with a nice touch - many machines are duplicated, which is convenient. The staff is always friendly and ready to help with any questions about technique. Cons: - No towels provided. - The air conditioning on the second floor barely works. It’s constantly stuffy and hard to breathe. - The showers don’t have consistent hot water. You turn on the hot water, get about 15 seconds of it, and then it’s just cold. What’s the point of having showers? - The sauna is way too mild. It should be much hotter. - The gym desperately needs a couple more bench press stations on the first floor. Two benches aren’t enough - they’re always occupied.
