This Planet Fitness in Franklin TN is an embarrassment to Franklin and Williamson County. Richest county and town in Tennessee but yet so ghetto and ratchet. Mold and Dust all over the facility. Locker Room and Showers are totally unusable. You can clearly tell they never lift a finger to clean or dust or sanitize anything. This is unacceptable. Locker Room literally smells like piss and urine and wet dog smell and smells like circus exotic animals. Odor as soon as you enter the Locker Room makes you want to gag and vomit. Completely unacceptable. All meanwhile there is 4 employees standing at the front desk counter sitting on their cell phones not attending to customers or cleaning. Someone needs to hold this horrible Club Manager accountable as they are failing to do their job.

Visited on 11/8/2024 best massage chair ever. It was a one time visit. The front desk person is super friendly. Machines are average not the newer ones and how the machines are next to each other is funny but good since everyone could watch the Tv

It's not the best planet fitness I've ever been to, but it's still really good. I'm waiting to see what new equipment they will get because I believe getting more hammer strength or matrix mashines will be greatly beneficial for people who are still relatively new but want to take the next step and more experienced lifters. Overall, the environment is very nice and the staff are friendly. I wish there were trainers (like some other pfs have) because they tend to help new people want to come back to improve themselves. However, the lack of trainers isn't a major issue due to most regulars I've talked to being more than happy to help out. At the end of the day, if you're thinking of building a better you, this location is one of the best cost reward places you can go. Just keep up the good work and don't give up. You've got this!!

Been going here for about 4 months, amazingly well managed and maintained location, but incredibly busy no matter what time of day or year you come. Some equipment is lacking as well (no horizontal abdominal machines or stretching racks)

Love it here!!! 😁👍👍 If you are looking for a nice clean gym with the most relevant workout machines you expect to find in any gym this is the place to go. I have a membership here and come here more than often. Always trying to stay in shape and I feel like this gym offers you everything you could ever want or need out of a gym and MORE! TANNING BEDS , HYDRO MASSAGE BEDS , RED LIGHT THERAPY BEDS , They have machines for upper body workout . They have machines for lower body workout. Treadmills , or bicycle machine for lower impact cardio, as well as row machines. Treadmill , stair masters . Bench press available ! free weights , dumbbells , curl bars . Just about anything you can think of it's here ,🤣🤣🤣🤣 Restrooms available , shower rooms available. This location is open 24-7 It's so convenient for me and my family I love it ! For this planet fitness location specifically , I strongly do recommend that you stop by and see for yourself.
