Carbon Performance

Originally I was told I could bring in a guest for free. My friend (also a member) came to work out with me and he brought his sister from out of town to come work out with us. We were under the impression she could come in for free based on what we were told when we signed up. They said they changed their policy about a month ago (we had no idea and got no information sent to us about this). They tried to have her pay $25. We explained the situation and they compromised and we paid $12. Still a very poor customer experience. We were literally told we can bring a guest for free. When we did they made us pay. It was either have my friend’s sister sit in the car or pay the $12. Really disappointed in the leadership on this… I guess be mindful that when you sign an agreement with this gym that things could change on you no matter what the sales person tells you. On a positive note, the gym has great equipment and a lot of solid people attend the gym. See photo for their current advertising on instagram…

Carbon Performance is a fantastic gym. The ambiance, the equipment, and the actual building itself make it a perfect place to lock in 💪. Even the business’s aesthetic makes me want to push, pull, and lift harder. It is a great gym to train at daily or visit if you’re in town.

FALSE ADVERTISING! Went in for the 7 day FREE trial I saw on Instagram to try the gym out. I get there and goto sign up and they required me to give banking information. I asked if this a commitment to a membership if I did. The worker said no. The manager then pulled him aside away from me and my friend and talked with the worker . The worker came back and then said it cost 75 dollars to enroll in the free trial?? I asked how is it a free trial if it cost money?! He said “ I just found out “. They then would not honor their original offer about the no commitment 7 day free trial. They ended up making me pay the $25 dollars for a day pass. This was a horrible experience and I was lied to and deceived . The manager is clearly a power hungry and greedy person. He was even rude to the worker I was dealing with at the time telling him to “Move over “ while we were talking. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Lincoln and Rich are the greatest managers. They made me feel so welcome when I started my membership! I’ve been here for a few months now and the gym is great. Kept clean and friendly staff

Be aware of their “free week” advertisements online. They will ask for banking information and you will be signed up for a membership that day. There is no free trial- only a week off your membership. I was super interested in this place but have 2 months remaining on my current gym membership and was excited for this new gym. Their misleading and predatory marketing campaigns online have COMPLETELY changed my opinion on this gym. Go to RedCon instead- honest marketing, friendly staff, and an incredible gym.
