This is the gym if you SERIOUSLY wanna get your workout done. It doesn't have bells and whistles like other fancy commercial gyms but staff are ready to help you when you really need them. Especially Ray (personal trainer) will walk you through thoroughly according to your needs. If you're living in the area (or not) and wanna workout you should give it a try 😉

A solid gym with excellent staff, great temperature control, machines always available and very affordable plans whether it's by month, year or day. Would recommend to anyone looking to do a serious workout or beginners to start their journey.

Definitely a great gym. If you want something in between the commercial gym and something like Gold's, where people are a bit more serious and aren't sitting on their phones taking up the machines, this is the place to go. By the way, the trainer working in the mornings (think his name is Raymond) is one of the best in the business. Doesn't just try to take your money and go through the motions unlike other trainers -- he actually WANTS you to succeed and his training and attention to detail will reflect that.

No frills, no nonsense gym good for serious lifters. staff is great, always ready to help out and teach proper technique. have blinks and planet fitness closer to my house but I'd rather come here 💪🏻🏋🏻‍♂️
