Great place to get fit! The people that work at the cutler ridge gym are the reason. Stephanie and Armeen helped me navigate through my complicated renewal with care and grace. They were patient and calm in a busy gym. Both were kind, informed and intelligent. Jorge, the manager, jumped in to help when needed. He is an incredible young man, bright, so smart and always there when we need him. Not too proud to spruce up the locker room when needed. Stephanie helped me patiently and with kindness on a new device. It’s personal at this store, they bother to know you, greet you, offer words of encouragement. It’s the people that make me renew every year and throw away all the other gyms advertisements. This is the best gym in miami, and I have been to a few. It’s the people, it’s the smile when you walk in. Thank you for having these folks represent your company!

This place used to be so clean and well maintained back in 2019/2020/2021 so sad bathroom full of pee and teenagers yelling and screaming so sad still give it a 5 star review because whomever was on shift on September 2nd at 4pm front desk was amazing she apologized and said she would do what needs to be done awesome employee hope it gets better

I love this planet fitness. It’s so good I go out of my way just to come and be warm welcomed and helped out with anything that I need with pleasure and awesome customer service. The ones that I love to see and go above and BEYOND to help me and others with grace and up beat attitudes are Jorge the manager and whom I perceive to be soon to be assisting manager Emily and Sebastian of course. That trio makes the planet go round so to speak. Stephanie has also stepped up and I see her more and even got to know her name due to her outgoing customer service as well. Great gym with everything you need and more. Here for 6 weeks from my home in Italy and they are so accommodating with a membership for my wife and I. Jorge, location manager, and staff member Elijah are amazing and walked us through the entire process. The whole team is great. Black Card Spa and the hydro massage is incredible. Truly a great experience. Our gym upon return to the USA!

Excellent facility. Clean. Very clean. Machines are all working and vibes are very much everyone can workout in peace. I have been every day at different times except the five pm onward timeframe. Always machines available. Bathrooms and other areas spotless. Super pleased I chose this gym.
